A: Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your VIP membership anytime, with no cancellation penalties.
Q: What if my dog is not a small breed?
A: ATX SMALL DOGS is designed for small dogs 15 lbs or under. This helps us maintain a comfortable and appropriate environment for our members and their pups.
Q: Do I have to attend events?
A: Not at all. Membership gives you access to the community and its benefits. Attend as many events as you and your pup enjoy.
Q: What partner discounts are included?
A: VIP members may receive exclusive discounts and offers from participating Austin dog-friendly businesses, including grooming, pet boutiques, services, restaurants, and more.
Q: Is there a refund policy?
A: VIP memberships are not refundable. They are billed monthly or annually.
Q: What happens if there is a dog bite or aggression at an event?
A: Dog safety is everyone's responsibility. Owners are responsible for supervising and controlling their dogs at all times. ATX SMALL DOGS and its Pack Leaders are not responsible for injuries, bites, fights, or incidents between dogs or people. By attending, you acknowledge the inherent risks of interacting with other dogs. We reserve the right to remove a dog from an event or restrict future participation when necessary to protect the pack.
Q: Do you take photos or videos at events?
A: Yes. Pack Leaders may photograph or record dogs and event activities for ATX SMALL DOGS social media, website, and promotional content. We respect our members' privacy and make reasonable efforts to focus recordings on the dogs rather than members' faces. If you do not want your dog photographed or recorded, please notify a Pack Leader before or during the event.
Q: What are the health and vaccination requirements?
A: Dogs attending ATX SMALL DOGS events should be healthy and current on recommended vaccinations and routine preventative care. Please do not bring your dog if they are sick or showing symptoms of a contagious illness.
Q: Who is responsible for my dog during an event?
A: You are. ATX SMALL DOGS provides the community and event experience, but every owner remains responsible for their dog's behavior, safety, health, and supervision. Our goal is simple: safe dogs, responsible owners, great experiences, and a strong pack.

- Businesses that mistreat small dogs or our community. Tell us. We investigate. We warn the pack. We may post on Social Media.
YOUR OBLIGATION AS PACK
- Keep your dog under control. Always.
- Bring only healthy, vaccinated, socially manageable dogs.
- Follow event rules, leash laws, and venue policies.
- Respect Pack Leaders. This is founder-led. We set the vision. You follow it.
- Defend the brand. If you see someone impersonating us or endangering the pack, report it.
